Hi, my name is Simone and I have been a qualified chef for 16 years now. I have worked both here in Australia and overseas.






I also create beautiful cakes for birthdays, christenings and any other special occasion.



Chocolate and white chocolate mud cakes are my specialty, covered in a yummy ganache then decorated with chocolate chards and finished with fresh flowers. I can also make cupcakes and a variety of other of cakes with lots of flavours to choose from.



All my cakes are homemade, I don’t use any premixes. My prices are very reasonable and I don’t charge extra simply because it is a wedding cake. Last minute orders - not a problem.
